Thread: returning player with an armor question

Sorry if this has been asked, I didnt find anything when I searched.
Generally speaking.. which is better stat wise, Rebel Clone armor or the Rebel Assault armor.
I have not been able to find any in game to do any comparing....

just depends on who you are making it for. both can be good but different prof wear different armor now

well I am shooting for master commando/master combat medic. I am in groups most the time, so I rarely take damage. but I still wanted to get a set for when I solo.
just was not sure what was better. or which had the potential to be better

Master Combat Medic and you are not taking damage in a group? You must not be healing anybody then!
It's not really about which is better, it's what you want to do. If you are wearing it to go fight stormies, go for the battle type as it will have higher energy protection. If you wear it while fighting mobs (and you start healing people) wear the assault for the better kinetic protection. PvP? Go for the rounded battle again as better mix of kinetic and energyweapons are making their way into peoples hands. It's all about preference and what you want to do.

I do heal, all the time actually heh.. I just know how to time them so I dont get agro. only time I get agro is when someone goofs and pulls more then one, which is not too often
