Last night I made a piece of bone armor chest plate... I know big stuff. I was next to a crafting station and I noticed that even as a bottom dwelling 0/0/0/0 novice I still got 10 points to play to expierement.
I've heard of folks having up to 12 points. Do I automatically get those other two as I advance or is that a skill tape/armor attackment thing?
The armor came out OK, I think. 25% kenitic, 15% on the other two options.
Tonight I', going to see about getting some fiber panels and trying my hand at malbor armor.

The 10 points come from you Artisan skill. In reality Bone armor is makable at the artisan skill level without the novice armorsmith skill. When you go on to make Mabari armor you are only allowed the number of experimentation points that are associated with 'Armor Crafting'. It starts at 1.

I thought it seemed a bit too good to be true... Well, back to the grind...
