not really worth much, cant remember if it is for padded or chitlin, but neither of those sell well. Really who wants uber chitlin when they can have uber composite?

One of my guildmates (who is a phenomenol hunter and has amassed well over a hundrednight sister layers by herself) spent many hours last night hunting brackasetts and did not get a single Brackasett Plate. Instead, she got Brackasett Plate Segments. It's not clear whether Brackasett Plates (which rumor has it offer a bonus to base resists) actually exist, but this is definitely a strike against it.

Yeah, but with even a 3% base brackasett enhancer, if they exist...you can add that to three NS layersand suddenly you have a piece that's capable of being sliced to 90% on a good effectiveness slice but yet only has the encumbrance of an unlayered (or less) suit. Now if only the mind/health reductions of the NS layers and shards worked...

THey are brackaset plate segments, and here are the stats (I found two on the same bracka):

Base Effectiveness: 12%

Integrity: 799

H Enc: 13

A Enc: 16

M Enc: 20

Blast Effectiveness: 14%

And it does say it's for chitin. I would consider putting these in a chitin suit for use against a friend I compete with constantly.. he uses a PH. >

I can confirm that there a both brackaset plates and brackaset plate segments. I've looted both over the last weekend on the Flurry server. Don't remember the stats though.

I just saw a few of these. Only 3% to blast, no addition to base. Easily the most useless segment enhacer in SWG.
