Highest Repair tool I've seen is 99.7%


and highest crafting tool is around 13.6%

The highest tool i seen is 15% Armor crafting......I am using them now. bought a crate of 5 cuz they were too good to pass up

lol, 13-something percent!!!. I made one that is 14-something % the other day....i love 997 Conductivity copper!
