I'm thinking about using my respecto get smuggler instead of master merchant and some other skill. It may help me with factional armor, and new slice sistem seems intresting. And after all, I don't mind to have cl 54. What do you think about this template?

I think it is a bold and not often expolited Temp. I myslef have an alt chacter who is MAS +RIS cert, and is a Master Smuggler....I took this temp for the soul purpose of Slicing the Armor that I make.... After all if you want to sell the best you have to make the best; plus that way I could insure that my clients were getting the best possible product from me... Up untill the recent smuggler SNAFU.. everything has seemed to be working fine. But now people are bringing the slice kits to me, and want a deal on the price of the armor, and a free slice....

I am MAS and Master smuggler. The reduction in the cost of faction schematics is nice and I can buy my own FP. It has been invaluable in keeping my faction vendors stocked. Right now I am selling about 10 recon suits and 10 battle suits every day or so on the weekends so if I couldn't buy FP I would be screwed. Plus it allows me to sell faction armor for less.
I like it alot and with my temp i can still have 8 vendors since I have the management line of merchant as well.

I used up my respec foolishly, and now have to grind out smuggler 4000 straight from being a pure crafter (nothing outside of artisan tree) All I care is I can buy my faction points for armor schematics and not loose any to the trasfer loss.

Do what I do. Tell them you'll give them the armour and the slice at 10% above cost. Then, add an additional 10% to your suit of armour and sell it to them. You would not belive all the people that happily fork over the money and believe that they got one over on you!

To help me with the Faction Armour I changed my template to: Master Armoursmith/Master Merchant/Smuggler 4000/Artisan 4040. Unfortunately I only have enough SP for 3 boxes of FS skills, but it gives me FP at 80cpu and means I can buy it whenever I want, instead of having to wait for my guild Master Smugglers. It also gives me a small discount on the fp costs of the schematics themselves.

Alerntaively if you have an alt, you can still get your AS fp at 80 cpu if you get a inspiration buff 1375 fp per 100k instead of the usual 1250, factor in the 30% reduction in FP costs if you imp and you can make faction armor failr reasonably, now all I need is some imps to kick butt and wipe out the rebels on talus so the cost of the schems will drop
