Thread: What's with Stormtrooper armor?

I've been asking around, nobody crafts it. The ones of us that have it, is from FactionPerk days. Yesterday someone told me it cannot be crafted.
What is the truth now? Please help.

Load of rubbish. My Stormtrooper armour is actually selling faster than the Scout or Shock Trooper at the moment. Any Imperial Armoursmith that tells you they cannot craft it are either clueless, lying or really mean that they don't do faction armour.

I'm selling nice 6530/6530 Stormy armor, I even wear it myself- just for the adv.

im on gorath and i have bought several sets of this armour gives us your name and i will find a couple of vendors for you

The problem is that it sells so fast some armorsmiths don't even bother and do what they can not to make it. In most cases it sells almost as fast as you can stock it... I was restocking this morning before work, and almost faster than I could make and stock it... I'll probably be sold out again tonight when I get home.

Layering does not add "encumbrance." Since layers add to one protection and take away from another, there's no real net increase in protection. Hence, no additional hindrances. It is essentially the unlayered stats of the armor that determine it's hindrances. The closer it is to the protection cap, the closer it gets to the max hindrances (that a master elite can mitigate away).

yeah i stock ST armor periodically... but I just can't keep it stocked.. I make several suits ata time.. and usually within a day or two.. it is gone. specially my Storm Trooper Batlle stuff.
