I am currently making unlayerd battle armor at 5329 stats how good is this and do i need to add some layers and what type.

Meh its ok. My first run of battle came in around 5500, so your not too far off the curve. You prbly shouldnt start messing around with layers until you improve your resources. I'm gonna bet that a few of your resources for your cores or segments weren't too hot, and thats why your stats are kinda low. If you add layers, its only gonna be a huge hassle, and end with you only getting around 5700ish, since I think your resources will limit their bonus.

Layers are not the way. Just keep improving your core and seg resources. Once you hit 945 on your segments start looking for your weak link in the core resources. My first battle armor was 5600 resists, 3 weeks later I had it up to 5921 resists with no layers. Layers will only burn you out as they take a long time to make and are very resource intensive.

ya im really short on the core resources my segments are good but the cores are killing me
