Thread: What do you stock?? how much? color?

just currious on what other smiths are doing. I try to keep a nice selction of colors and styles.. Mostly non layer but maybe 20+ qaud layer suits or different types and combos.. along with faction. It can be demanding but i find if i restock once a week i do oky and can keep about 150+ suits instock..
I find battle goes the slowest, and comp, chitin, ubese seam to move the most. Tantel not soo much even though i see tons of people in the generic color stuff. /shrug maybe cause i just started stocking it : P
havent sold a single itho suit.. good thing i only made 2 of each : ) but wookie assault and recon seams to move rather nice.
very few bone or mabari suits. i havent made any maurader to speak of.. but padded sales are brisk.
Soo what are you all selling.. whats selling best?

I generally try to keep at least 25 suits of each in stock at all times, but sometimes its not possible (ie tantel's avian bone requirements) all are unlayered, and set for default colors.... or whatever the factory decides to pump them out as (ie blue padded orange pads). I also set my droids to bark out if they would like custom colors or layers on it and folks will send me emails with their requests. Most really dont care about the fasion show thing as they're just out grinding with it anyway, some of them chewing through a whole suit ever couple days depending on how dedicated they are to getting their jedi or whatever they might be after. To be honest most are concerned with protection values more than anything else... that and a consistantly stocked vendor too, of which I do my very best to provide

I try to keep about 5 suits of each type on my vendors, although I usually can't keep up. Wookiee armor sells especially well. I spend probably 3/4 of my crafting time making more wookiee armor. Padded and Marauder armor ties for my second best seller. Composite sells pretty decently. Chitin doesn't sell particularly well. Ubese and Mabari don't sell that well either, but that's due to the bug that prevents their stats from showing up. I put the stats in the name now. The older stuff I keep meaning to put into packs, but I always run out of time.

I try to keep at least 15 of each of armor stocked, and upwards of 25 of each piuece on the higher selling stuff... as for colors, well there's not much of a choice for that atm. Faction armor I try to keep 10-20 of each suit stocked.
The only armor I sell in Packs is my layered stuff and I try to keep about 15 suits up at any one time. I would stock more, but vendor item limits keeps that in check.

But on a serious note, usually about 25 sets of each type, with 25 more seperate helmets, pants, and chestplate. I also usually have 5 layered faction armor suits of each class, and I'm getting around to stocking maybe 10 regular layered suits.
Most popular color will always be black.
