Thread: Is there a guide for a new Master Armorsmith to make decent Armors step-by-step?

I'm new to Armorsmith proffession and I would like to know if there is a guide for making decent Armors step-by-step what to do?
I may be blind but I could not find in Stickies

It's all about the resources.
With decent resources, you'll make decent armor.
No complicated experimentations now that the CU took out all the complicated formulas.
It's all up to the quality of your resources.
You basically make your segments, and use them to make cores, then use the cores to make the final armor.
Helmets, Chests and Leggings need factory runs of cores, which means you need factory runs of segments.
Layers are optional. I only layer about 20% of all my armor. It just jacks up the price.
That's about it.
It's a very very easy crafting profession now...

He's right. There's not much more to it than what was posted. Truthfully, reading the customer's guide and okram's guide will teach you all you need to know. Better resources is really the only way to improve armor. There's another post about layers andcaps...I'm not sure if it's stickied...if not I'll see if I can find it.
