Does RIS have better stats than standard battle armor made with the same materials? And what do the peko enhancements do?

Yes, it has higher condition, but resists are the same. (BTW, the resources are a bit different)
The Peko enhancer is a Health enhancer that raises your health bar.

Nvm lol, I found the answers in that sticky. However, if RIS is the same as all the normal armors, why should I buy it?

It looks cooler than Bone Armor.

err, does that mean that health mods are sticking (I don't want to waste time hunting peko's if i don't have to)?

ok, last question...all heath mods are sticking (i.e. the rancor/voritor whatevers) or just peko mods?
