I exper in some armor layers, says amazing sucsess but the stats on the layers did not change is this a bug? And is there a way to fix it.

It's a display bug. You can read more about it in the bug thread in the stickies. They'll come out fine in the factory or if you make one, log out for a while, and come back. Then you will be able to see the stats.
