hello the suits of ubese armor i see are around 7500 energy is this layered or unlayered ubese casue when i try using some of the best resouces to ever spawn my unlayered comes out at 6990 or somewhere in that ball park just. just wanna know if i doing something wrong or it's layered.

Unlayered recon, on energy caps at 7000. So sounds to me like there is at least one layer in there.
