Thread: A question about Pre-CU RIS armor

I hear armorsmiths can break apart a Pre-CU set of RIS and remake it. Is that true? Oh and also I hear that pre-CU peko feathers are broken and don't give the health bonus. Is that true? Any help would be gretly appriciated.

Anyone can dismantle old RIS.
The pre-CU feathers can be some of the best enhancers, and yes they do work.
