Thread: RIS armor and the CU

I am new to the CU havent played my account in awhile. I have a set of RIS lying around that is'battle' armor but when I try to put it on it says im not certified or something like that. I am a MBH with some dabbing in rifleman and pistoleer. WHy cant I wear this? Can someone enlighten me on what I must to do wear my RIS. Thanks in advance guys
