If one could buy a schematic before the last one was used up it would make it SOO much easier to deal with parts. Would solve all problems for me.

Well, I emailed the Armorsmith I bought it from and thankfully, he's hooking me up. Woohoo!
Now to go grind the faction to link it... Why did I choose Neutral Pilot? GRRRR hehe

Ok ... Rebel Assault Armor = limited use schematic... that's fine. Why the heck can't I go buy the schematic if I'm not an Armorsmith? I should be able to give my friendly armorsmith a gift of a schematic if I want to use my faction to go buy the stinkin thing.
The reason this came up is the REAL subject of this rant. So I'm using Vendor Search, trying to find someone selling Rebel Assault Armor. I find an armorsmith vendor, head out there, and see what appears to be a full set. Sweet! So I individually buy each piece, only to discover there were EIGHT pieces and not NINE. Someone apparently came by and ONLY bought the right bicep, presumably so they could look cool running around with a rebel logo on their ONE piece of mismatched armor. Because they were too freakin cheap to buy the whole set.
And I sent tells to several armorsmiths, asking if they could make me the piece I needed, and they all said no, because the schematic is limited use and they'd be left without a full set to sell. Believe me, I FEEL YOUR PAIN. Thanks for nothing.
So anyway, I guess I'm SOL. I logged in today on my lunch break to search the bazaar... thinkin maybe someone has one for sale. "Rebel Assault Armor Right Bicep" isn't even LISTED in the tree on the left anymore. aslkdjfalskjdf what the heck?!

Limiting the purchase of the schematics to the AS does suck, but maybe you can find a rebel AS and delegate the faction they need to purchase just the single schematic. (last I checked the bicep cost about 1700 fp on a rebel controlled planet for me).

Yeah... that sounds like the approach i'll have to take. Thanks for the suggestion.
