For imperials, do humans still get a discount and other races are penalized for purchase of these schematics?

Depends on the status of the GCW on the planet you try and buy from. Go to one in which your faction is winning the most, it will be cheapest. I payed 18K for each full suit of rebel schems and then paid 11K on another planet.

Lowest price possible is 8500 for a full suit. This you get if the opposing faction don't have even 1 base on the planet (on infinity corellia is 260-0 for the rebels).

In Coronet on Bria, I can buy legs/bracers/biceps/helmet for 1038 FP, chest for ~2100 FP, and gloves and boots for 562 FP. So, about 9500 FP grand total for me. Oh, I'm a human Rebel 2nd Lieutenant.

before i spend the faction on those schematics, are they infinite usage schematics, like other schematics? or are they maxed like RIS Armor Schem. and manufacturing schem?

Is wanderhome the only server where the Imps hold coronet? lol
It was around 9000 or so for me to buy a full set of stormtrooper schematics... Coronet is the cheapest planet. Imperials are winning 206-1 =-)
Viva la Empire!
