Yea, Racism is a big factor when you're trying to obtain the Factional Schems. Find a planet where your faction is wining the GCW helps, along with a Private base as opposed to a Public Recruiter, such as in Theed I think helps out too. Also, get a smuggler friend, and dump ALOT of creds to get the FP. I spent about 10 mill to get all three sets, and I'm a Bothan AS. Good Luck to you

Talus and Lok are ususally the two most-dominated Imperial planetson Ahazi, but the race thing hurts quite a bit. As a Zabby, I pay double. I think it is even worse for you as a rodian. The best thing you can do is find the planet where thebase ratio is most in Imperial favor and always have an inspiration buff on when you gain faction (be it in space, fighting on the grouond,or buying from a smuggler). I think when the score on Talus was somehting like 350 - 0, I paid about 25k factionfor a full set (one suit's worth) of Imperial Schems.
