i just salvaged a crate of auk's and out of 25 items i got ; 2 trandos 17 toolkits 4 rmp's 1 shock pad and 1 powered motivator , anyone kn ow what this is used for , i assume slicing of some sort but what exactly?

umm, yea ... i kinda figured since i got it when i salvaged a crate of AUK's so what EXACTLY is it for , what level slice , what type of slice looking for specific knowledge not some noobish response

Well ask a newb question.....
This info is available in the FAQ stickied at the top of the smuggler forums 
I'll save you some time though....level three improve impact deflection slice
1- no component
2- finely crafted toolkit
3- powered motivators

well i wouldnt classify it as a newb question , more like a question directed to a professional to which it is directly related since im no smuggler(ppost-cu) a newb question would be more like "what is a slice?"

Yeah, the smuggler FAQ is the best source of info on this stuff. They've got it all covered.
