Im still getting back into the swing of things, is 94% energy layers good? also what would be the best you can cap at?

94 would be the cap on most servers based on resources buffs and foods.anything over 90 is great.

The theoretical max is +100 using perfect OQ1000/SR1000 (or gated max)resources.

There are no such things as "caps" for layers.

Caps only exist for final combine when the bonus kicks in.

I think +98 has been reached on 1 or 2 servers so far, but 95-97 seems to be max on most.

This is without entertainer buffs.
