Thread: Armor stats and its effects!

I´m not quite sure about the stats of the armor and its effects.

Fighting against an opponent (opponent deals kinetic-damage) and having an armor value of 4500 (in kinetic) does that meanthe armormitigates 45.00% of the damage?


A short "yes" or "no, click this link for explanation" are the prefered answers!
