Health enhancers on your segments stack together only in the production of a core.
So if you had segments that added 15 + 9 + 7 = +31 health in your core.
Cores do not stack (3 x +31 health cores does not = +93, it equals +31 only)
You would need +19 feathers to cap out at +50 per piece in this example.

what you put in isn't a question, so what do you want an answer to? If you do it the way you've got it set up there then yes if you have +17 feathers you'll reach your +50 per piece. If this isn't the information you were looking for you might wanna put some words in with your diagram and perhaps a question that you're looking for an answer to....
