To spell it out in very simple terms, (reminds self to write a novices guide to health enhancers thread)

RIS and BH armor are 7 piece suits.

1 peko feather per piece for a total of 7 per suit

A suit of armor uses 11 cores

Each advanced core uses 3 segments, for a total of 33 segments

Allowing for 1 segment enhancer to create segment schematic and another to create the core schematic you will need a run of 13 for each segment run for a total of 3 runs or 13 or 39. Now if you have shorter runs than that then you will need more since you will waste more doing schematics.

RIS segment loot (battle armor) is krayt scales, voritor scales, nightsister fragments, pre CU nightsister layers,

BH armor loot (assault) is rancor hide, kimo scales, brackaset plates.

To hit the 50 health cap you will need a peko feather as well as segment enhancers in assault since highest seg enhancer is +15.

To hit 50 cap on battle you don't have to have a feather if you have pre CU converted ns layers which have +20 stats.
