I know the /paymaintence got fixed but is there one for deposit power. I tried /deposit, /depositpower and numerous combinations.

As soon as I asked this question I knew it was something simple.

Or Even Simpler: /addp
I basically toss the harvie down, do a /pay xxxxxx and a /addp xxxxxx and turn that sucker on.

While we're at it, theseare what I use.
/pay xxxx - pays maintenance (not needed currently since mainetance was taken out)
/addp xxxx - adds power
/setpermission admin xxxx - adds name to the admin list
/name xxxx - renames the harvester.

Would also like to suggest using:
/stru
If you want to check status real quicklike or macro/button it up.

dunno if they fixed it, but someone had a problem with "/paymaint xxx" not working and when they added their own name in the command like "/paymaint Poti xxx" then it would work.

Yes, the /paymaintenance bug has been fixed. No need for putting names in anywhere.
Other useful commands
/destroystructure -- same as radial menu command, I'm sure there is a shorter version but I have it macroed
/transferstructure -- will transfer ownership of a harvie, factory or building to another player. For a harvie or factory, stand next to the structure, target the player taking it over, then type the command. For a building, stand inside the building, target player, type command.
/harvesteractivate -- turns it on. Woohoo! How many times have you left a harvie only to return a week later and find you never turned it on? Macro this one and punch it before you leave, just to be sure.
/harvesterdeactivate -- turns it off.
I wish there was one to open the hopper or operate machinery. I was looking thru the structure commands in SWG Macro Magic (website was down, last I looked) and found a bunch of other commands ... none of which seem to work. Here's a list in case anyone wants to try for yourself and see if you can get them to work. The function of most can be guessed by the name:
/harvesterGetResourceData
/harvesterHarvest
/harvesterMakeCrate
/harvesterSelectResource
/harvesterTakeSurvey
/harvesterDiscardHopper

Oh, and the /pay xxx is now fixed. I tried it last night and it worked.
