Which layers will provide the best resitance figures for RIS armour (since I can't find the oridium intrusive ore for RIS layers for lover nor money).

I'm not concderned with encumberance, just resistance.

Any help and advice is greatly appreciated.

the best layers are probably NS layeres around 5% and up for base if you want to plug resists you need the special resist or drop that has it like a krayt Scale...

just use kinetic layers.

i do that for my production RIS tends to be 74Base/71-79Kinetic using layers that are High 4base, low 9 kinetic.

oh yeah and RIS layers are crap. dont mess with them
