Someone know a good location to hunt peko peko albatrosses? WP not necessary just maybe a city would help...

Anywhere between Theed and Kaadara is more common. Seriously. Pretty much northern half of Naboo. Two to three people can find it reasonably quickly driving in preset patterns to cover that area... just like a master ranger would do.
