Hi there, i wanted to know if anyone knows if looted BH armour is still going to be wearable after the CU hits? I heard somewhere that it turns into only a Mando componant and is not wearable. Any insight on this would be great.

I asked for clarification on this, since the way it looks is there's 2 types of BH armor drops post-CU, one being strictly a mando component, the other being a skin for wearable armor.

I've heard nothing atm

I haved a nice, full 10-piece looted suit w/ skill mods on Chilastra. When TC_Chilastra was in testing,I reviewed the armor conversion for my suit of BH armor and NONE of it was equippable nor did any of the pieces have any stats. The description in each piece stated that the piece was a 'subcomponent of mandalorian armor'...Hence, not useable loot drop...cha ching, add another wasted/lost 6 million credits for the CU...

Some armorsmiths have reported the exact opposite; that their BH pieces were converted into the 'craftable' variety, which can be worn. But I have yet to see widespread confirmation that this will be standard.

Simply put, it looks like a 50/50 roll of the dice at the moment on which way your BH pieces convert...However, I wish you the best when the conversion takes place on live within the next 24-48 hrs !

I'm going to push for the option to convert it to either. I collected my suit to be used for mando, personally, but others Collected theirs to be used to wear. Would be nice.

The option would be great, considering i bought mine to wear....it's going to be lame if i spent all those creds to get components

I have a full suit as well, and all the pieces had stats on TC-Corbantis. Everything converted including skill mods and condition (yay for a 110k condition helmet hehe). I wasn't able to equip it, but my only elite combat char was master smuggler/pistoleer/tkm so wouldn't have had cert.

Seems a tad odd that some of it converts to mando subs and the others to wearables....

However. Those of you who wind up with mando subs. I'd hardly say that you should dispair that it's now worthless. Hardly. The mando subs will sell likely for just as much as you paid for the BH armor pieces pre CU to those who want mando. People are allready doing brisk buisiness on Bria doing nothing but DWB runs in teams for jetpacks, mando armor pieces etc. And Bria isnt the only server with such a service either.

Besides some people hate the look of Bh armor but like the look of mando. It may even be worth more as a mando sub than as wearable BH armor depending how the drops work. As personally I figgure mando drops would likely be rarer than wearable BH armor drops.
