What would be the best combination of layers to use when crafting armor post-CU?

right now. All indications are that Primo Layers will be the primary one used. They Raise both K and E and Lower the not often used Secondaries.

We will know more once the first Servers come online tomorrow and we see the final changes from the Devs.
