Do only wild GDK drop scale?
do Wild GDK have their own nest? or do they spawn with other types of kimos, eg. may a GiantDK may spawn with Regular Dune Kimos?

There are some random spawns of them. Overall I have seen the spawn rate of Kimos drop on Lok. The best place to find one would be the kimo town. But that one only spawns once every hour.
If you find a GDK kill it and stay there. They normally spawn in sets of three. I.E. you kill one, another will spawn in a couple minutes. I dont know too much about the lairs. It has been a long time since I have seen a kimo lair and my guild has a city on Lok.
I've never seen a GDK spawn from a "pile of bones". Though they may be in the same general area.
I got lucky..well..kind of..the other day. 2 GDKs were about 500m from each other and they did respawn 3 times. ie. 6 of them.
No scale though.
I ran across a spawn of four GDK's a once in the wild once. I managed to kill them, but the beating I took by fighting all four at once pegged my battle fatigue so that even fully buffed my specials were still costing a very significant amount of HAM with a power hammer.
I can't comment first hand on the static GDK's dropping, but people here have told some true horror stories about it. My experience with the wild GDK's was that the fifth kill dropped, and then the 26th kill overall dropped. I've got a total of 28 random spawn GDK kills with two scales.
