1) what's your skill level?

2) are you at a private or public station?

3) what kind of tool are you using?

I am master and i used an armor and clothing tool and I used a private station

He means the belt. Why can't I experiment or color it?

yea, the belt has no value at all, except as a belt...

I don't think the belt has any protective value. Or weight. It's just like the Ubese shirt.
