KK thanks, 1 more thing.

I have a 37% kenetic Ubuse segment, and I can only hit 72% in the armor

, I know this is kinda dum Question

but I am using real good resources How do people get 80% ?

you would need the best of the best resources to hit 80%. Some of the best armorsmiths on Starsider (12 point smiths) that use really good resouces only hit 76%. You would need 1000 OQ and 1000 SR resources from layers to final combine to hit 80%.

OR you can find some good Voritor Scales, but you need to be able to hit 75%+ without the scale. I think the average scale drop is like a +4% kinetic +3% energy but I have seen them up to %8 kinetic, though very rare.

Top of the line, non loot Ubese on Bria is at 76% kinetic.
