Yavin IV, Endor and Dathomir, actually, but insanely hard to find, and, I hear, not always spawned.

Just spend 2 hours driving from POI to POI on Endor- almost went to all! Drove around to look for spawns of Black Sun or Deathwatch NPC's to loot the stuff and didn't see a one. Is there a specific spot or an area to look for them? Or should I keep on lookin? Ionscout had an idea if u can answer I'd appreciate it. Someone said they're "on a few planets." Which ones specifically? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
