I am a prospective armorsmith. it is just something I have wanted to do for a long time. Comp armor seems to be the most common out there, so I will ask my question with that as the benchmark. As a 10 point master, what kind of stats could you expect from a suit made with above average (but not ultra rare) resources?
For example, I often buy, post slice, 80s base and 80s special. I just want to know what kind of quality I could expect before investing in CA/AAs.
Thanks!

For single special protection armor you'll be able to make it just as good effectiveness-wise as a 12 pointer with the same resources. HAMs will be higher but not too much. You'll start to see your limitations when you try to make 3 special-protection armor, or stun armor where those extra points go directly into base instead of HAMs.

as a 10pter, my kinetic is 69%base 80kin/elec, and my blast/heat is 70-72 base 80/80 specials
