Thread: What is the Maximum Base and Kinetic that Can be developed with Padded armor?

Excellent.
How much for a set.... and before anyone makes it..
Also what are the approximate hams on a set as well as what type of attachments go into a set of padded?

price is always based upon local market, in this case your server. Generally you'll see a padded armor specialist put out suits with 80 kin 51-52 base for ~200-750k

What Mauro said... plus:
If you are looking for 80% kinetic, HAM's will probably be higher than average composite. Think in terms of 900+ for each pool
Padded takes Armor Attachments just like any other armor.

can be developed?.........80% base CAN be made, has been made, and is being made.....see stickie up top about loot and enhancements, usually acklay is the way to go in this department
