Sorry it only takes a quick glance at your forum to see a mass of RIS questions, had a gander at the FAQ but i'm still not sure, so here's my Q...

Is it possible to craft RIS with kinetic in the base?

I.e. Is it possible make a suit of RIS that can have kinetic sliced upto 90%?

Afraid not. Kinetic is the special protection and will stay there where it can't be sliced.
