unfortunalty TC-Chilastra when down (only up about a day) before I could test this.
Ill post in a current TC Galaxy and try and get an answer. I do know that AAs where still in Ubese Shirts (non-armor but still...) for the TC-Chilastra convert test.

Yeah, it wouldn't be that hard either. They could just add a radial option to do it for the first few days after the CU goes live. There would need to be acouple rules followed, though...
1. The radial menu option only appears on crafted armor, otherwise people would be able to create AAs from looted skillmod armor.
2. The radial menu option also appears on crafted clothing, however CAs will not be created for Melee Defense, Defense vs. Stun, Intimidate, Warcry, Cover, or any other BE Tissue skillmods that I'm forgetting about.

I would have to disagree with melee defense. i think it should be taken out just because what if someone has a +25ca the rest of the mod stats can be BE'd high enough to not hurt them.

Well, they could always put a check in to only allow CAs to be pulled out for Melee Defense if its +5 or higher. If they allowed Melee Defense to be pulled out regardless of the actual stat, then you would end up with a MASSIVE flood of +4 Melee Defense CAs on the market.
