Hi!


I'd go for the Armour effectiveness in PvE, BUT as I'm not sure I'll be able to get on for the next couple of days, you may want to get someone else on too....


Personally I'd focus on the effects for mid level characters, taking into account the level differences, something that concerns me greatly....
