A piece you can put in it is called Mechanical Cartidge or something like that...Where can I find some?

You mean Bio-Enhanced Cartridge? I think that's what it's called. If so it's not utilized currently. However it's the hope of Armorsmiths and Bio-Engineers that it will be used to make armors with BE mods like terrain negotiation.
