Hi folks, I've recently return to SWG after a 3 month break, started knocking up some armor for my guinea pigs.. i mean guild mates. Sure enough every day i was having to restock vendors as the stats would not show up and "awaiting d/l" message was the only thing to appear.

To cut a long story short, a few days ago I set up shop outside of Dant MO, but instead of a house I used a merchant tent, so far i've found that I have not had to re-list everything for the stats to be displayed. i've had armor on there for 3 days now and the stats are showing up fine, both on the vendor and in the bazaar vendor search.

Anyone else noticed this or have I just got lucky for some reason, I can't see what difference a merchant tent makes but it seems to be working for me

I think it messes up at server reset..Have you had on in those 3 days?

The armor has been on there now for 5 days, stats ares still showing up nicely and thevendor search is still working,so definatly looks to me that the merchant tent makes a difference, now all I need is some customers

The server usually goes down on tuesdays around 12pm in the uk, we had a patch download that day, so i can only assume that it did, any one conform a shutdown on chimaera in the last 5 days?.

Hmm just checked my vendors, 2 out of the 5 stopped displaying stats others are working fine. Hmm they have all be up the same amount of time, yet only 2 stopped working, ok confused....i'll start keeping a diary and check them twice a day, want to find out if they stop working over certain period of time, but at least it looks like I wont have to relist every day.

Will keep you posted, at least that explains why I didnt have any sales yesterday afternoon / evening.

Come on Dev's get this fixed, this and the factory bug is breaking AS big style, i'm just glad i'm not doing faction ATM.

it doesnt break us at all, just put resists, etc in the name

the resource dealers are getting the shaft 900x as worse as us

Ok maybe break was a little strong,I actually quite enjoyed crafting armor by hand, but after about the 250th armor piece i'm looking forward to being able to use a factory again.

It just takes up a lot of time so i'm glad I only sell small volume right now, the initial stock up of the vendors tooka long time, so at least for the moment i only have to spend a couple of hours a day making and restocking my armor, which leaves enough time for me alt's to come out and play lol
