I don't see any issues with those stats. All look pretty good.
One thing you might want to try on the brandy is get 400ish buff with smaller duration. I actually wouldn't do this, but others have suggested it sells better. Something like 400 40 minutes. I wouldn't go much under 40 minutes though.

you're doing great! that's the brandy i'd pick, duration over strength. and the veghash i made as an 11-pointer was only +31, i never did get it to +32 until recently. you are off to a fantastic start, and i'm sure you'll only get better. /tipchefhat

I made some recon cores last night and I think they maybe worthless and was just hoping someone could verify this for me and maybe offer some suggestions.
I used 850 Segments (is this bad?)
My resources were good but possibly not great across the board.
results were
4.2k Kinetic
6.2k Energy
5.2k Everything else
These are non layered Cores and Segments. If these are in fact worthless let me know, I had like 87% experimentation on them. I have 12pts as well.

Its below average, I have some 8k/4k, 6k element that I use that i would say is about as high as you can get. I get drop Coresfrom mobs that have stats around that.

Were the segments I was using below average? I'm just trying to pin point where to focus on improving the armor, if the segments are good I'll just look for better quality core resources but if the segment is below average as well then I need to focus on that too.

From my understanding, which is little, experimentation and quality of material is the factor. Then again im a "fan" of crafting, not one myself.

Work on your Segment resources first.
The Segment resources effect the armor more than your Core resources.
A good target for Segments would be 930-950.

Worthless? Not at all. You can still sell them for a tidy price and profit. They just aren't the best out there and won't command the top prices.
