I want to make an AS alt.I am wondering if I can run a AS business by basically purchasing all of the resources I will need to crank out suits of armor and still have competitive prices? Now, by competitive I don't mean dirt cheap prices. Because I'd be purchasing resources I would keep a healthy stock of them to keep my shop stocked at all times with quality goods. Is this enough to run a profible business? I'm just looking for some experienced AS input. The darn search function is down so sorry if this has been asked a billion times over. So, if I were to purchase all my resources, what type of profit margin could I expect? Average CPU for resources? Average CPU for sold suits? Bla bla bla.
Thanks in advance.

Personally I try to get resources at around 3-5 cpu (inorganics), hides and bones anywhere up to 20-40 cpu depending on quality, quantity and how much cash I have at the moment.
Non faction unlayered I've selling for 350k per suit / layered 800k per suit
faction 675k per suit / layered 1.5 mil per suit
They seem to sell pretty well at those prices

even creature resources on Sunrunner are down to 5-10 cpu, they do drop in vast numbers now.
