So if kinetic layers max at 14% (or so i hear), what kinetic res will this turn into on a typical armour set using good resources. And if that is only like 72%, how does one get into the 75% range?

I just got 74% Ubese and I think I used 12% segs.

made some 80% kinetic ubese the other day using segment enhancers standard stuff i can make 74-75kinetic

with 13% layers I can get 73% ubese

better resoucres is what I say is what you need
