Thread: Armor hole?

Is the armor hole still around? Where if you wore a backpack or necklace the chest piece wouldnt work, or stop damage?
Are there any armor holes that are known to be still in the game ? I now about the RIS and PSG's changing stats when taking the shuttle.

Its still there, we are not exactly sure what is causing the remaining holes.

Well hello,
I made master armorsmith today, and somehow when i try to craft armor i only see these parts: chittin, bone, mabari & a bunch of segments....
well now, i use a specialized tool designed for making armor, so thats not the problem, some might say go stand next to a crafstation, when i do that the only extra things i can build are the wookie armor pieces...
Ive tried allot of things, the craftstations in my house, emptying my backpack, buying new tools etc but none seem to work.
So i figured go check the boards and ive come across information about that armor hole bug, now can someone tell me if i suffer from that bug? and if so what can be done about this?

i find you cant use the public crafting stations that you find in places like naboo, coronet etc...
you have to use a crafting station that was made by an architect that experimented with its overall effectiveness rating.

okie, uhm i have a +42.43 craftstation thingy at me house, that would do eh?
cuz i also tried with that one and it didnt work either

The armor hole bug is a combat bug, not a crafting bug...
Check your skill page, if it tells you you're a master armorsmith, and you're using a clothing/armor crafting tool, and standing in front of a personal clothing/armor crafting station, then put in a ticket, you're bugged.
If you're still trying to use the weapon/droid/generic crafting tool & station, they may of started fixing the bug that allowed you to make any items using those tools and stations. Get or make a clothing/armor crafting tool and station, and you'll be back in business.
