So Im planning to make some Padded armor but I seem to have a couple resource problems.. Mainly.. I am having trouble finding "good" Corellian Fiberplast and Polymer.
I checked SWGCraft for stat ranges, and if they are right everything I can find at ANY vendor I can locate is really bad quality.. Can someone suggest a stat ranges for these resourcesthat would produce good results in the armor?
Also, does "non-ferrous metal" have to be labeled as such or does any metal that doesnt come from Iron ore work? i.e. do aluminum and copper work..

That's kind of a vague answer, lol...yes aluminum and copper are considered non-ferrous
The two stats you want to concern yourself with are OQ and SR...everything else is gravy.
My personal limit is combined OQ and SR of 1500 or more...anything over that I can make good armor, anything under that I consider junk. Of course you'll have to decide for yourself what standards you want to adhere too.
The issue of crafters opening another "Wal-Mart" always tends to come up in these conversations. You'll have to figure out if you want to blow through avg products or invest the time and energy making smaller, higher quality runs.
