So I dueled a guy on Wanderhome last night in a cantina on Naboo - I couldn't
do any damage to him (Being im a tka and master doc.)

After the duel , I did a /open and was shocked to see his armor......

This is the only screen shot i could take before he took off everything; needless
to say - 90% of his armor had these stats.

Let me know if im going crazy, but ive never seen armor like that in my time
playing.

What do you mean you did a /open? What does that do?

Sure.. it looks like it has some good Kryat Scales and Night Sister layers in there..

The scales because of the differnet stats at protect levels in Special protect and hte NS layers bumped base up and lowered action encumbrance..

and it's gloves so they probably didn't have enough to 'mass produce' the segments.. so it went to gloves.
