How good is the following: 75% Electric, 65% Base, 35% Stun composite, I've got a set on order and just wanted to know how it faired. Guy who's making it says it has some of the lowest HAM costs on the server... Will post exact amounts later. He also says he can't raise Kinetic because of Stun...

So, how good is it?

He can't raise Kietic because he had to triple layer stun to get 35%. HAM will be high on the suit. No way around it unless he gets pieces sliced for encumbrance before the sale.

It is possible to do Kinetic on these suits. I sell 13% Stun/80% Kinetic with 67% base quite well.

I'd like to know what the guy considers low encum for triple layered stun. My 40% stun is damn high.

Encumbrances on 3 layer suits are typically between 850 - 1100 range on each of your secondary stats.
