I just had a very interesting thought.

What if Traders are the ONLY players that can operate harvesters?

If a harvester can only be placed by a trader and must be owned by a trader to work. That would be huge. Too huge.

If you think about it, Traders will be the only people to need Resources, since we will be the only crafters, so we should be the only ones to place them.......

Someone claimed to have tested it and combat profs can still place and run harvestors. Haven't been able to get on and check for myself though (maybe some day the servers won't be FULL all the time).

Dang... and I was hoping for something that would clean up the litter of houses and harvesters strung across every freakin' planet.

I can confirm that combat toons can place 'em. Traded my quest given PME to a friend who was a jebadai and he placed it down with no problems.
