Since crafters don't draw aggro, does that mean that you can walk into the DWB w/o worry and craft Mando?

Devs oversight?

The technical term for this is "systems balancing", prior to release. After release, it's still balancing, but changes can be considered nerfs or enhancements.

FYI Looting a binn in the DWB draws agro, the same as if you were to fire your cdef at an SBD

Dont know what crafting will do however. I have a jetpack to craft if thats the case
