With the NGE coming, I've been holding off on a bunch of crafting, unsure about how the conversion will be. Since they've had the test servers up, it looks like armor is going to go through unchanged, so thought I might try out making some PSGs, but had a few Qs.

1) Does experimentation on the Power Conditioner or Energy Distributor matter?

2) Does the resource bug relating to the stat cap for CD still exist in live?

3) Can you make schematics for PSGs? Heard someone say you couldn't for any, but think that is only the imp prototype.

Thanks! I heard the resource bug was fixed on the NGE test servers, so will just wait til the NGE goes live to do the final combine.
