I buy this thing off the bazaar ,.it said it was an armor component,..even looked like one,..but it turns out to be for tailors,.I've seen those tapes,.it says clothing component. Figured armor component was fer us,..hummmmm,.

I am at work atm,.so not that sure but I believe all it was called was,..Armor Attachment and it had something like Polearm speed 1

believe that it can go into a socket on a piece of armor. clothing attachments go into sockets of clothing.

to use, you drag and drop it onto a piece of armor that has an available socket, but once it's there, its there forever. Plus I don't think they stack so another polearm speed 1 will just be a waste if placed on the same piece of armor.
