I am trying to figure out what enhancements I will need to gather to make a Exceptional set of Composite armor. I have been reading these boards for hours but still do not fully understand what exactly I will need. So her is what I am looking for and maybey one of the Armor Wizards can help me out.

I am looking for a full set of Composite Armor with the Highest Base Effectiveness, Lowest HAM, and triple Layered Stun protection (as high as possible).

From reading the boards here I understand how the Resources are the main part of getting thebest Effectiveness and HAM in Composite, as well as the added Stun Layers.

What I do not fully understand is the enhancements. Janta Hide, Night Sister Shards, Night Sister Layers, Krayt Scales, Krayt Segments, ect...........

I understand what they do, I just do not know (since I am not an Armorsmith) is how they are used, how many you can use, how many you needfor each piece, and how they would work together.

So, I hope I have explained what I am looking for well enough. That being said, what doI need to aquire to have a Great Master Armorsmith, with maxed experimentation and assembly points and Great resources, makethe best set ofTriple Stun Layered Composite Armor possible, with the HighestEffectiveness and the Lowest Encumberance?

and i'd like a women with my version of a perfect body, with low maintenace and high trust. ...just cant have it

neways. u need about 22 shards for a full suit. ( an extra one for factory schematic)

shards and scales go in the segment.

a suit takes about 21 segments. various amounts for each peice.

now if you see the word segment in the name of an item, read the info. it will state what type of armor it is for, funny isnt it?

and max exp points is only 2.

Jeri's Armor located on Corellia in Sabacc city.
3660,-2247 is the location of my composite vendor,
i sell 80 ( or 78) kinetic suits and decently base at 60ish for 180k.
Cheap don't mean poor quailty.

all loots that say hide in them, unless they say segment too, are enhancements for segments, this includes janta hides. It's one enhanccement per segment, as well as 3 layers per segment for advanced comp.

so a segment has 3 layers and 1 enhancer as you might know

I guessI didn't explain it well enough. I know how they work. That is easy to tell, all you have to do is read the stats. What I want to know is how the different types can work together.

I guess I didn't explain it well enough so I will try again.

takes 21 segments for a full suit. Shards, Scales are added as enhancments to the segments. I understand all that.

I am not sure but I assume that only one enhancement can be added to each segment - please correct me if I am wrong.

So you have a choice of using either or of the scales or the Shards (or something else?) . Correct or Not?

Where does the Janta Hide fit in? What component of the schematic does it enhance?

Are thier other enhancements that would make it better?

I am sorry if this is a waste of your time? I would really just like to know. I tried not to put the usual "Where can I get an Uber set of Composite Armor?" post up and ask specific questions. But I got flamed right out the gate anyway.

If there is a website which explains all this just point me to it. I have no problem reading. I been doing that on these boards for 2 hours and still have not found an answer to my question.

Anyway, any real help would be appreciated.

Disregard all the pissed off comments of my previous post (please feel free to answer the additional questions though) I checked out some of Overmind85 other posts and it seems that is all he/she does is post smart ass comments and nothing constructive. Every forum has those damn Trolls, best to just ignore them and maybe they will go away.
